Steven’s career began sweeping floors in his single mother’s salon. His passion led him to New York, where he apprenticed at top salons, then back to Atlanta, where he became one of Buckhead’s leading colorists. A decade later, he served as Salon Director and Director of Education at one of Minnesota’s most prestigious salons. Through every chapter, Steven’s dedication to growth and his impact on clients have remained at the heart of his craft.

His portfolio includes celebrities, models, TV personalities, influencers, and executives, with work featured in *Allure*, *Vogue*, and *Harper’s Bazaar*. Whether serving high-profile clients or those seeking everyday luxury, Steven delivers a bespoke experience that enhances each client’s beauty and lifestyle.

In September 2022, Steven returned to Atlanta to open Fairchild Hair Artistry, a salon that reflects his commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail. As both artist and educator, he mentors the next generation of stylists, sharing his expertise and pushing the boundaries of modern hair design.
