We require a valid credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment and when scheduling services online. For services in excess of $400, we may request a 50% deposit at the time of booking to be applied as an account credit when you receive your service

A confimation Text and/or E-Mail is sent out upon booking an appointment. A reminder message is sent out 48 hours prior to your service. For your convenience, a link is included in all messages to manage your appointment online. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Please factor additional time into your schedule to navigate potentially heavy traffic and construction. If you anticipate being more than 7 minutes late, we ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the delay, but depending on the circumstance, we reserve the right to abbreviate, modify or reschedule the service. If we anticipate being more than 7 minutes late, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible to allow you the opportunity to modify your schedule accordingly.

We understand that life happens. Repeat policy violations may
incur the following fees at the sole discretion of the provider:
Late Arrival, Last Minute Cancellation or Reschedule
1st time - (‘an instance’): $0 | 2nd time - (‘a pattern’): $30
Cancellation or Reschedule with Less than 24 Hour Notice
3rd time - (‘a problem’): 50% of Service Cost
No Show, ‘Ghosting’, Invalid or Declined Payment Method:

We proudly offer clean hair care & styling products from Eufora, K18 and Kanyon Beauty, as well as a curated selection of products from Schwarzkopf Professional, Balmain Hair Couture and It&ly. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, promptly return products that are less than 20% used for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Special orders, such as hair extensions, brushes and appliances cannot be returned once opened.

We may, with your permission, use video and imagery of your likeness for educational and marketing purposes, but we will never share personal or identifying information without authorization. Color formulas, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays and appointment history are solely used in house and never shared with third parties.

We want you to "Love Your Hair Again". In that spirit, we offer Hair Insurance. Should you for any reason feel uncertain about your new look, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will gladly perform a complimentary revision within 14 days of your initial service, or extend a credit towards a future visit. Please note that if the adjustment is significant, or involves any additional services, we may include a nominal fee to cover the additional labor & supply costs.
